• Screen all calls from inpatient locations and relay to Clinical Navigator for communication of data and new orders to inpatient units.
• Primary liaison for all other office staff communication for onsite physicians.
• Coordinate procedures and referrals related to research, second opinions, and transplantation across locations.
• Maintain physician schedules for multiple oncologists and other providers across locations.
• Assist with daily rounds by gathering data such as labs and test results for patient care.
• Input and maintain schedules in Google calendar for meetings, vacations, conferences, procedures, and admissions.
• Assist with authorizations with insurance for consults, procedures, and trials.
