Job summary

Ridgeview is seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership and supervision within our nursing program. The CNPS will mentor RNs, oversee admissions assessments and ensure adherence to clinical programs and protocols.

The role requires CA RN licensure, at least three years of supervisory experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. CPR certification is required, with additional gerontology and CRRN credentials encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CA license as registered nurse (RN).
• BSN preferred.
• Must have minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to communicate and present data to interdisciplinary committees.
• Competent with electronic medical record systems (PCC preferred).
• Ability to flex schedule based on facility needs.
• Current CPR certification.
• Adult Gerontology certification encouraged.
• CRRN certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing department and education as needed for complex admissions.
• Lead standing clinical meetings and participate in annual nurse development reviews.
• Assist DON in supervising licensed nurses and coordinating RN in-service training.
• Support planning of Clinical Skills Fair and staff development activities.
• Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and support quality improvement efforts.
• Conduct routine rounds and assist with workflow management.
