Job summary

Ridgecrest Regional Hospital is seeking a compassionate RN to lead nursing teams in a Skilled Nursing setting. You will coordinate care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients in a hospital and SNF environment.

The role requires California RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within six months, and experience in SNF/Med-Surg along with MDS familiarity. Join RRH to support patients and families with a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in California.
• One year of Skilled Nursing or Medical-Surgical Nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of MDS completion experience preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• Arrhythmia Recognition training within six months or proof of competency.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence in interactions with patients and coworkers.
• Ability to provide RN leadership aligned with RRH policies and mission.
