Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care on day shifts. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality nursing care, and support resource management for patient care across the unit.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, administering medications, and adhering to safety and infection-control standards. AHA BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed per policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license and required state credentials.
• BSN/MSN preferred for advanced roles.
• AHA BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care following safety, risk management, QI and infection control standards.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Fulfill all HICS duties during emergencies as directed.
