The Hospitals Of Providence - Sierra Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, in El Paso, TX, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for day shifts. You will provide direct clinical care, supervise staff, and coordinate patient care per nursing process to ensure safety and quality.

Requirements include nursing degree and active license; BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. The campus offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Active nursing license; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Mansioni

• The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
• The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
• Assumes responsibility for coordination and planning of patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Administers all medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.
• Performs and fulfills all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
• Responsible for knowing the Hospital's emergency codes, including the purpose and appropriate action for each, and adheres to the Hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code.
