Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor (ACM) to provide frontline clinical and operational leadership, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care and efficient transitions. The role partners with Case Management and Discharge Planners to advance care coordination and staff development.

In this full‑time position (40 hours weekly), you will supervise teams, participate in hiring and onboarding, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; case management experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification with at least 6 months remaining at hire; ANCC certification in clinical specialty preferred.
• PALS/ACLS/ENPC as required by unit may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline clinical leadership and supervision to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain visible leadership by rounding with patients, families, and staff to ensure care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure safe patient flow and efficient resource use.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, interviewing, onboarding and training.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise team members; manage performance and discipline when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical practice, operations and patient outcomes.
• Monitor resources and expenditures to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
• Provide direct clinical care and support as needed.
