Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Two to four years of emergency nursing experience preferred.
• Charge, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in the ongoing assessment of patient care quality.
• Collaborate with management to create a teamwork environment.
• Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with productivity guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control and assist with supply management.
