HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Float Pool Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge Nurse) to lead nursing teams, oversee patient flow, and coordinate care across units. You will mentor staff, manage assignments, and participate in performance improvement initiatives in a dynamic hospital environment.

The role requires strong leadership in clinical settings, active licensure in Colorado, and certifications (BLS/ACLS/NIHSS) with BSN progression commitments.

Qualificações

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross.
• ACLS certification in critical care units.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire.
• BSN degree; progress toward BSN completion within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise personnel providing direct patient care and delegate activities by patient needs.
• Provide ongoing supervision on conflict resolution and policy compliance; handle disciplinary actions.
• Teach, supervise, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and procedures.
• Drive performance improvement activities aligned with hospital Programs with staff involvement.
• Make shift assignments to ensure smooth patient care and staffing coverage.
