HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Medical Acute Care unit in Colorado. The role concentrates on directing nursing care, coordinating services, and leading the team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

The CNC collaborates with the nursing leadership, supports staff development, and champions a patient-first approach across shifts, while maintaining fiscal and operational responsibilities within Swedish Medical Center.

Formación

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS through AHA or ARC.
• Bachelor Science Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in health related field.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience; two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services in the unit, with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that improves outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement, including hourly rounds and staff rounding.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training new staff; oversees performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and oversees supplies and equipment.
