Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Facility Float Pool to provide expert nursing care across multiple units. You'll rotate to different service areas as competency allows and collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes.

Current BLS/ACLS, Colorado RN licensure, and a BSN (strongly preferred) are desired, with 2+ years of inpatient acute care experience recommended. No travel; facility float within HCA HealthONE Swedish.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Current Colorado RN license or active multistate license.
• Graduate of a certified School of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Two+ years inpatient acute care RN experience preferred.
• Able to articulate and demonstrate nursing theory and practice.
• No travel required; facility float position within HCA HealthONE Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple units as needed within Swedish facility.
• Rotate to different service areas as competency allows.
• Follow scope of practice and care delivery plans.
• Collaborate with direct manager and hospital councils to influence patient care.
