Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The clinical nurse contributes to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes and values each employee’s work as vital to the success of the Mission.

• Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documents treatments according to policies and regulations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Assesses patient needs and responses to care.
• Uses sound nursing judgment in care management decisions.
• Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
• Administers medications as ordered.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care.
• Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional standards.
• Will cross-train between High Risk Antepartum Unit (D6N) and Labor and Delivery (D6E).
• Will be assigned to either unit routinely.
