Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The Clinical Nurse contributes to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes and values each employee’s work as vital to the success of the mission.

Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatments as per policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care for patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.
• Cross-train in both High Risk Antepartum Unit (D6N) and Labor and Delivery (D6E).
• Work on either unit (D6N/D6E) as assigned.
