Work Shift: Day (United States of America)

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes and appreciates that each employee’s work is valuable and contributes to the success of the Mission.

1. Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents treatment as required by policies and regulations.
2. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
3. Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care.
4. Uses sound nursing judgment in patient care decisions.
5. Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
6. Administers medications as ordered.
7. Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients.
8. Directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
9. Will cross-train to both High Risk Antepartum Unit (D6N) and Labor and Delivery (D6E).
10. Will be routinely assigned to either unit (D6N/D6E).
