Qualifications

• Ability to design and deliver varied instructional strategies.
• Familiarity with nursing competency accreditation standards.
• Experience evaluating education content for relevancy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, deliver and evaluate orientation and staff development.
• Lead competency assessment programs and continuing education activities.
• Coordinate educational demonstrations with vendors and SMEs.
• Develop unit- or system-wide educational plans with leadership.
• Document participation in education programs and CE activities.
• Support policy/procedure development and change initiatives.
