You will work with SMEs to create evidence-based curricula, implement teaching strategies, track participation, and document outcomes while supporting performance improvement initiatives

Qualifikationen

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 5 years of nursing, clinical educator, or nursing instructor experience.
• 2 years of development and design of education/training curriculum and staff development for a healthcare workforce.
• Knowledge of principles, philosophies and theories of learning.
• Ability to design and develop a broad repertoire of instructional strategies.

Aufgaben

• Assess educational needs for the health system or specific clinical units.
• Plan and implement staff education to new policies/procedures, equipment, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement unit-specific orientation plans in collaboration with nursing leadership.
• Coordinate educational demonstrations of new equipment or supplies with vendor reps.
• Provide documentation for continuing education programs, BLS, ACLS, and yearly skills labs.
