Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to oversee unit functions during shifts and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will lead staff, partner with management to monitor nursing practice, and promote our values to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities include facilitating admissions and discharges, supporting quality improvement, recruiting and training staff, handling scheduling and evaluations, and ensuring inventory and equipment

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
