Job summary

Zunch Staffing is seeking an OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing practice in the operating room for 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with no weekends. The CNC oversees, mentors, and evaluates patient care to align with policies and drive strong outcomes.

Qualified applicants will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure (state or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience, including prior OR charge nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with at least an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure in the state of practice, or an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes to uphold high standards of patient care.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care quality alongside management peers.
• Foster a culture of teamwork through collaboration with subject matter experts and other managers.

• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new staff.
