Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for their Med Surg service in Missouri. The CNC will oversee nursing functions during shifts, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and promote teamwork across the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
