Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking an NVICU Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions in partnership with the management team. The CNC supports admission and discharge, coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team, and provides coaching and scheduling support to improve outcomes and staff engagement.

Nurses must be RN with ACLS and BLS within 30 days of start; the center is part of HCA Healthcare offering

Qualifications

• RN license required and ACLS/BLS certifications obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Association degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating care in a high-acuity unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject-matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling to maintain unit coverage.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing carein accordance withestablished policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

• Assistwith admission and discharge processes.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

• Assistwith staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac LifeSptmust be obtained within30 daysof employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within30 daysof employment start date
