Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an NVICU Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the management team. This role monitors nursing care and serves as a resource for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions/discharges, and support performance improvement and staff scheduling while maintaining compliance with established policies.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license required; Associate Degree in Nursing or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved patient outcomes and service with leadership collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing carein accordance withestablished policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac LifeSptmust be obtained within30 daysof employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within30 daysof employment start date
