Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors nursing care in line with policies and acts as a resource for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions/discharges, support improved outcomes with leadership, coach staff, and help schedule staffing.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Associate Degree in nursing or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
