Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. Working with the management team, the CNC monitors nursing care and supports an exceptional patient experience.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, assist with admissions/discharges, and support improved outcomes. Coaching, staff development, and scheduling support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Associate Degree in nursing or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
