Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care delivery on a nursing unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC will monitor nursing care for quality and safety and serve as a resource to staff to support an exceptional patient experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, coordination of admissions and discharges, and coaching/mentoring staff to improve performance and engagement.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Advanced Cardiac LifeSptmust be obtained within30 daysof employment start date
