Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking an NVICU Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) to coordinate patient-centered care across a multidisciplinary team. The CNC partners with leadership to monitor nursing care and improve the patient experience, acting as a resource for staff.

The role involves supporting admission/discharge, staff scheduling, and coaching to enhance performance and engagement, with emphasis on high-quality outcomes in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Tennessee or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and SME.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
