Job summary

Mission Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all unit functions during the shift. You will work with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in line with policies and organizational values.

The CNC collaborates with experts to create teamwork that improves outcomes and engages in staff scheduling, training, and service improvement initiatives to support exceptional patient

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• No Travel Required.
• 1 year of nursing experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with management to assess quality of patient care services.
• Provides staff scheduling support and assists with personnel actions to maintain productivity.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
