The CNC delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates nursing functions across the shift, partnering with management to drive outcomes aligned with our mission and values. Required are an RN license, an associate or bachelor's degree, and 2 years of experience. ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure as a registered nurse is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care on the unit/department during the shift.
• Collaborate with the management team to coordinate patient care and implement policies.
