St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, part of St. David’s HealthCare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Antepartum to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift.

The CNC collaborates with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care and serves as a resource for staff. The role includes admissions/discharges, quality assessment, staff scheduling and development, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications must be current or obtained within stated timelines.
• NRP certification required within 90 days of start date.
• C-EFM certification within 6 months of start date.

Aufgaben

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and improve nursing care and patient outcomes.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and labor management aligned with patient care needs.
• Participate in staff training, interviewing, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Support inventory and supplies management to ensure availability for patient care.
