Job summary

Lucet in the United States is seeking a senior clinical strategist to advance value-based care and provider performance initiatives. You will analyze provider data, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with clinical and analytics teams to support network performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and developing programs for diverse member populations. Travel up to 50% is required and remote work is supported; licensing and background checks are standard.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health field and an unrestricted state license to practice independently.
• Minimum of two (2) years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Knowledge of outcomes-based reimbursement strategies and behavioral health protocols.
• Experience with financial analysis using claim data and Excel.
• Travel up to 50% and valid driver’s license required.
• Pass background check and regulatory compliance including E-Verify per policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive provider performance improvement and value-based care initiatives by analyzing provider data and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a clinical and provider relations liaison by partnering with internal clinical, quality, and analytics teams as well as network providers.
• Lead provider education and network development by creating programs, delivering training, and coordinating workshops.
