Job summary

Lucet is seeking a healthcare professional to drive provider performance improvements and support value-based care initiatives. You will collaborate with clinical, quality, and analytics teams to enhance collaboration with network providers and improve outcomes.

The role also involves leading provider education programs, coordinating workshops, and developing specialized services to meet diverse, high-risk member needs. Remote-friendly, role-dependent.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health and an unrestricted state license to practice independently.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Knowledge of outcomes-based reimbursement strategies and behavioral health protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive provider performance improvement and value-based care initiatives by analyzing provider data and developing improvement plans.
• Serve as a clinical and provider relations liaison with internal teams and network providers to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
• Lead provider education and network development by creating programs, delivering training, and coordinating workshops.
