Job summary

Lucet is hiring a Clinical Response Clinician to deliver clinical customer service, utilization management support, and operational guidance to members, families, providers, and internal teams. The role includes completing authorization requests, crisis support, and referrals to behavioral health and community resources.

You will collaborat e with clinical and customer service teams, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LP, Psychologist or RN) in the United States.
• Minimum of two years direct clinical care experience in psychiatric or chemical dependency settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with Outlook and Word, including multitasking while on calls.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical customer service, utilization management support, and guidance to members, families, providers, and internal teams.
• Completes authorization requests, conducts telephonic screenings, supports crisis calls, and facilitates referrals to behavioral health and community resources.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation and stays compliant with policies, regulations, and licensure requirements.
