PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Corpus Christi is seeking a Clinical Navigator to serve as the face of the hospital, meeting patients at their moment of need and guiding them through rehab with compassion and clear expectations.

Under the direction of the Director of Business Development, you will cultivate referral relationships, manage territory, complete patient assessments, and collaborate with admissions, nursing and other staff to optimize referrals and admissions.

Qualifications

• Education in health-related field preferred.
• Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy required.
• Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
• Completes patient assessments and performs sales contacts; analyzes referral/admission data.
• Collaborates with Admissions Manager, nursing, and other staff to improve referral/conversion quality.
