Enara Health is seeking a Member Care Champion to support physicians and clinicians in delivering high‑quality care. You will greet members, collect information, and ensure smooth handoffs between clinics and departments.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and teamwork to maintain excellent member experience and workflow efficiency at two Maryland sites in Bowie and Columbia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related work experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Documents, Sheets, Forms).
• Proficiency with medical technology, including EMR and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Check-in process and collect up-to-date insurance and payment information, measure vital signs, and communicate with providers.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and reschedule missed visits to keep on track.
• Handle inbound communications via phone, voicemail, email and app messages with care.
• Collaborate with other departments to address member concerns and ensure effective solutions.
• Oversee supply/inventory management and prepare outreach materials for clinics.
• Triage mail and scan/upload documents into Google Drive; maintain organized records.
• Calibrate BIA and Metabolic machines to ensure accurate results.
