Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Science; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent required upon hire.
• Minimum one year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; Epic and 3M experience a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing under supervision with accuracy and QA.
• Maintain instrumentation and conduct proficiency testing.
• Analyze and report lab data with clinical correlations.
• Ensure proper patient/specimen identification and QA investigations.
• Participate in meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
