Qualifications

• Certifications MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) required upon hire.
• At least 1 year of laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word; Epic and 3M experience a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical laboratory testing under supervision with independent judgment.
• Maintains equipment, records, QA investigations, and trends.
• Reports lab data accurately within turnaround times and interprets results.
• Monitors test status, documents in LIS, and adheres to procedures.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and inspection readiness.
• Keeps current knowledge of policies, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
• Participates in meetings, educational activities, and team projects.
