• Perform lab duties including venipuncture, specimen handling, POCT, and CLIA-waived tests.
• Administer medications and vaccines per rights of administration.
• Handle refills, insurance authorizations, messaging, and scheduling.
• Cross-train for clinic-specific duties and communicate effectively with team.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care and adapt to life-span needs.
