Savas Management Center LLC in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant to support a busy pain management clinic. This full-time clerical role focuses on patient intake, rooming, and accurate charting within the EMR workflow.

You will assist providers during evaluations, document medications and injections, coordinate post-visit referrals, and ensure clean, ready exam rooms. Training is provided for clinic-specific systems and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and escort to exam room; document vitals.
• Document vitals, height/weight, allergies, and med list.
• Assist providers during evaluations and procedures.
• Prepare supplies for injections and ultrasound tasks.
• Document injections with dose, route, lot, exp.
• Support urine drug screen collection and lab workflow.
• Coordinate post-visit referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare patient charts 2–3 days ahead; verify history.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms; infection control.
• Review voicemails, respond to patient inquiries; communicate with team.
