National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) Midlands is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN to lead patient care services in our HomeCare agency. You will oversee clinical staff, coordinate referrals with hospitals and physicians, and ensure high-quality care across the team.

The ideal candidate has SC or compact-state RN licensure, at least 1 year of RN home-care experience, and supervisory skills. A driver’s license and clean driving record are required for patient visits and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in South Carolina or compact state.
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, home care preferred.
• Experience with supervision and coordinating care.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain clinical staff to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, families, hospitals and physicians.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to provide care.
• Educate and monitor care provided by staff.
• Be fluent in HomeCare HomeBase Point Care and Back Office systems.

Position: Clinical Manager RN

NHC HomeCare Midlands is looking for a Clinical Manager, RN to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in South Carolina or compact state
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Supervisory experience
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements

Position Highlights

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
• Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians ;
• Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs
• Providing care as needed, but mainly making sure we have the staff to provide that care
