NHC HomeCare Midlands is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN to lead and coordinate high-quality home health care in the Midlands region of South Carolina. The role oversees patient care services and directs staff to meet patient goals and ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates hold an SC or compact RN license with 1+ year home health and supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to collaborate with hospitals, physicians, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in South Carolina or compact state.
• Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in home health.
• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
• Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians
• Providing care as needed and ensuring adequate staffing
• Educating and monitoring care provided
• Be fluent in HomeCare HomeBase Point Care and HomeCare HomeBase Back Office

Position: Clinical Manager RN

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

NHC HomeCare Midlands is looking for a Clinical Manager, RN to join our team!. The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in South Carolina or compact state
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Supervisory experience
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements

Position Highlights:
