Job summary

Position: Clinical Manager

We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency, and oversees operations in the absence of the Administrator/Director of Services.

Qualifications

Position Highlights

• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and disciplining clinical staff
• Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, their caregivers and representatives, referral sources, physicians, clinicians, and internal agency staff
• Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs
• Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring we have the staff to provide that care

• Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services
