Job summary

NHC HomeCare Tallahassee is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead our patient care team in the Tallahassee area. You will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, ensure high-quality home health services, and coordinate with hospitals, physicians, and families.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, several years of home health or clinical management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of employment or compact state
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with home care experience
• Minimum one year supervisory experience as a RN preferred
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain qualified clinical staff
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, and physicians
• Ensure adequate staffing to deliver care
• Educate and monitor care provided by staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by Administrator/Director of Services

Position: Clinical Manager

NHC HomeCare Tallahassee is looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team! The Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Minimum one year’s supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements

Position Highlights:

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
• Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians ;
• Providing care as needed, but mainly making sure we have the staff to provide that care
• Educating and monitoring care provided.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services.
