Job summary

NHC HomeCare Midlands is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN to join our team. The Clinical Manager will be an RN who directs patient care services and personnel within the HomeCare agency.

We are looking for an energetic RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care, while leading staff, coordinating referrals, and ensuring patient goals are met.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in South Carolina or a compact state.
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home care experience preferred (6 months acceptable).
• Supervisory experience.
• Committed to helping meet patient goals.
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record.
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff.
• Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians.
• Helping NHC HomeCare Midlands meet patient needs.
• Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring adequate staff to deliver that care.
• Educating and monitoring care provided.
• Be fluent in HomeCare HomeBase Point Care and HomeCare HomeBase Back Office.
