Job summary

NHC HomeCare Lewisburg is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee patient care services and personnel for the HomeCare agency. The incumbent will direct operations in the Administrator/Director of Services’ absence and ensure staffing coverage and quality care across the agency.

The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years in home care, and supervisory experience; driving responsibilities and background screening are also required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or compact state.
• Minimum three years experience as an RN, home care experience preferred
• Minimum one year of supervisory RN experience preferred
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and disciplining clinical staff
• Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, and clinicians
• Ensuring patient needs are met and staff availability is maintained
• Providing care as needed while ensuring adequate staffing
• Educating and monitoring care provided
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services

Clinical Manager

NHC HomeCare Lewisburg is looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency. The Clinical Manager is responsible for operations of the HomeCare agency, in the absence of the Administrator/Director of Services.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
• Minimum one year’s supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Committed to helping meet patient goals
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements

Position Highlights

• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and disciplining clinical staff
