NHC HomeCare Tallahassee is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee patient care services. The role directs care coordination across the agency, hospitals, physicians, and families to ensure high-quality home health support.

The ideal candidate is an energetic RN with at least three years of RN experience, supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the commitment to meet patient goals. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or a compact state.
• Minimum three years as a Registered Nurse; home care experience preferred (six months experience acceptable).
• Minimum one year supervisory experience as an RN preferred.
• Committed to helping meet patient goals.
• Background screening requirements must be met.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff.
• Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians.
• Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs.
• Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring we have the staff to provide that care.
• Educating and monitoring care provided.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services.

Position: Clinical Manager

NHC HomeCare Tallahassee is looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team! The Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!
