BAYADA Home Health Care in Tobyhanna, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our pediatric home care office as a Clinical Manager. This leadership role focuses on mentoring nurses and overseeing clinical excellence while guiding care for children and families.

You will supervise field nurses, develop and oversee care plans, and lead onboarding and ongoing staff education across Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for pediatric nursing and helping other nurses grow professionally.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering pediatric care.
