Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Tobyhanna, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to advance into a Clinical Manager role in pediatric home care. You will lead a team of nurses, assess pediatric clients across Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties, and develop customized care plans to ensure clinical excellence.

You will mentor field staff, oversee onboarding, and participate in ongoing education to grow leadership and clinical skills within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for pediatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering pediatric care.
