BAYADA Home Health Care in Tobyhanna, PA is seeking an experienced RN to step into a Clinical Manager role for pediatric home care. You will lead nursing staff, conduct client assessments across Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties, and develop care plans with a focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering pediatric care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional pediatric care.

What You’ll Bring
