BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical RN Manager to join our Mechanicsburg, PA Pediatric Home Care office. This role combines hands-on pediatric nursing with leadership of a field nursing team, providing mentorship and clinical guidance.

As an RN with an active license and 2+ years of RN experience, you will develop care plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality pediatric services across Franklin, Adams, Perry counties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Recent bedside nursing experience required.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments across Franklin, Adams, Perry counties and neighboring areas.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and education for field nurses.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mechanicsburg, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager/Home Care RN.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced pediatric RN to take the next step in their career while continuing to use their clinical expertise. You'll provide hands‑on support to pediatric clients while leading, mentoring, and developing a team of field nurses.

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will:
