BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for pediatric home care. You will lead and develop a team while staying connected to patient care, visiting clients, assessing needs, and overseeing care plans to ensure high-quality pediatric services.

The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership growth, and delivering compassionate, compliant home health care. A strong RN with pediatric experience will help advance outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As an RN Clinical Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, develop, and inspire a team while staying connected to patient care. Your day may include:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new nurses
• Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset and desire to develop as a healthcare leader
