Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our pediatric and adult home care team in Wilkes Barre, PA. This RN-led role blends clinical oversight with staff development in a rewarding home health setting.

The successful candidate will have an active PA RN license and at least 2 years of RN experience, with pediatric focus preferred. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, plus leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• 2 years of RN experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of nurses to provide exceptional pediatric and adult care.
• Visit pediatric clients throughout Luzerne County to conduct assessments and provide clinical oversight.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field.
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and support to field nurses.
• Facilitate orientation for newly hired nurses.
• Participate in training, education, and in-services for field staff.
• Monitor clinical performance, quality of care, and compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and other care team members to promote positive outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for pediatric clients and their families.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our pediatric and adult home care team in Wilkes Barre, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about care, developing clinicians, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients of all ages.

As a Clinical Manager, your day may look like this:
