Concierge Home Care in The Villages, FL 32162 is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated home health clinical team and drive high standards of patient care and compliance. You will oversee clinical operations, review documentation for Medicare compliance, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes while coaching staff.

This is a Monday–Friday, primarily office-based leadership role with local travel as needed.

Competenze

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• 1+ year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar).
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations.

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
• Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed

Schedule

Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)
